Cincinnati Black Men’s Wellness Day

The Cincinnati Black Men’s Wellness Day provides free health screenings to the community. Guests can expect a 5k walk/run, vendors, live entertainment, and free family-friendly fun! Prolite Training Services will be on-site providing free demonstrations.
Parents are also allowed to sign their children up for a future class.
The heartbeat of each walk initiative is the health screenings, with screenings for blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, HIV, STD/STI, and prostate cancer for men who may not be seeing the doctor regularly.
The event helps men understand that through prevention, they can live longer.
